Attendance
Every registered author can submit and present up to two papers.
You can register and attend the conference without submitting and presenting a paper.
There are no differences in registration fees.
You can submit only an abstract without submitting a full paper. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. You can present your accepted abstract as a presentation during the conference but it will not be published in the Proceedings.
You can submit a paper to the Conference Proceedings without attending the conference. Your paper will be published in the Proceedings but will not be included in the conference programme as a presentation. Only papers with at least one registered author (co-author) will be published in the Proceedings. Only presenters will receive a certificate for attendance.
Your paper can be presented by a colleague who is registered for the conference. You should contact the organizers to inform them in a timely manner.
In case you have paid the registration fee but you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to someone else who will be attending the conference. You should contact the organizers to inform them in a timely manner.
If you cancel your conference registration five days after payment – full refund, minus a bank transfer fee
From five days after payment until 30.04.2024 – 70% refund of the total amount of the registration fee, minus a bank transfer fee
From 30.04.2024 – 30% refund of the total amount of the registration fee, minus a bank transfer fee
From 20.05.2024 – no refund
The Gala dinner is not included in the registration fee. All participants can pay for the Gala dinner on site.
All participants must pay by bank transfer. The deadline for the early registration fee is 31.03.2024.
All authors of accepted papers must register by 01.05.2024.

Travelling & stay
All participants must take care of their accommodation.
Nessebar provides a variety of accommodation choices. The conference venue is surrounded by a lot of All-inclusive hotels, family hotels, guest houses and Airbnb within walking distance.
The closest hotel near the venue which provides all-inclusive is FESTA PANORAMA HOTEL 4*
The hotel is an all-inclusive seaside family resort that offers a variety of services and facilities for entertainment. The hotel has 240 rooms. The hotel has a Main Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Night Club, Pool Bar.

Prices are in EURO per room/day including VAT, use of outdoor and indoor pool and gym, wireless internet, insurance, and tourist tax.
The reservation must be guaranteed with a transferred advance in the amount of 50% of the total amount for the accommodation and requested additional services. Supplement to the full amount must be made within 5 working days before the date of accommodation.
Requests for reservations received less than 14 days before the date of accommodation require a 100% advance payment.
In case of non-payment in advance, Festa Hotels reserves the right to offer for sale the requested rooms for the desired period of the event.
Changes in reservations and cancellations without penalties are accepted up to 14 days before the arrival of guests. For cancellations made after this deadline, the value of one night will be charged. In case of a non-arrival guest, a penalty of 100% of the requested nights and additional services is due.

If you wish to request a transfer, you should provide arrival/departure dates, flight number, arrival/departure time, and name(s) of the guest(s) for whom you wish to request the transfer.
The main Airports in Bulgaria and the distance to Nessebar are:
Burgas Airport – 28 km, Varna Airport – 106 km, Sofia Airport – 416 km, Plovdiv Airport – 290 km.
You can take a bus from Burgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv. All buses stop in front of the conference venue.
The conference venue is situated in the center of the new town of Nessebar, at the “Zhulieta Shishmanova” square.
From 31 March 2024, Schengen visa holders will be able to add Bulgaria and Romania to their itinerary (by air and water) for travel to Europe.
To apply for a VISA you will need to submit an Invitation Letter to the Embassy. You can receive Invitation Letter from the Conference Organizers that will confirms that you are a participant in the conference. To obtain an Invitation Letter you have to send a copy of your passport by e-mail to iccgis.bulgaria@gmail.com. On the copy, your full name, date of birth, date of expiry and the passport number should be clearly visible.
You can receive an Invitation Letter once you have successfully completed your registration and have paid your registration fee.
Keep in mind that you should apply for a VISA no later than 1 month prior to the conference, as it takes time for VISA issuing. You may also be invited to an interview.

In case of VISA refusal, the registration fee will be refunded to you. Bank charges will not be refunded.
